Suppressors LR308 w/Suppressor-adj. gas block or heavy buffer?

I have a Krieger barreled LR308 (Armalite length gas tube) that I will be installing an AAC 7.6251T. I am considering the Paladin Machine gas block, but others suggest a heavy buffer.

Will either suffice, or is one better than the other? Thanks.

I used a Tubbs carrier weight system and it worked great.
