has anyone heard of one of these units having issues with optic shift while being used as a clip on? i'm looking for a solution. everything is aligned, and I am experiencing about a 6.5'' low left shift at 100 yards on multiple rifles. L3 seems to be shut down for the virus.

Yes. We had shift on two of our units. Yours is extreme. Very.
Takes the right cable, a laptop, knowing how to read the unit menu that comes up, make the adjustments, and lock them in.

In post 2, a technician with a L3 cable has to do it, it's not something that we can "post up".

I had a 1 mil el and 1.4 mil windage shift with one I bought used. L3 fixed it without much fuss or expense.

Keep contact pressure up on L3, get inside the system, they will fix. May take a few days on contact, dont give up.
