M40A3 D.D. ross/ Bagder Ordnance

I currently have a M40A3 clone with a DD Ross M1 floor plate, I would like to upgrade to the badger ordnance M5 Detachable magazine. is this possible, will the footprints match with minor inletting? Please Help

no the dd ross i believe is thinner than the M5

you'd have to talk to a smith, becuase my knowledge of it is minimal on what has to be done, but i believe some stock milling needs to be done.

The inlet is a little different, as is the pillar height. Nothing 15minutes and a mill cant change
