Gunsmithing Machining Scope Mount for the Sako Quad

Finally got some time to machine a mount for my Sako Quad.
Still obviously got some things to finish off:
-Clean up the ends where the excess/centre marks were parted off
-Generally de-burr, radius and make a bit friendlier etc
-Machine the S/S Claws that will clamp on the dovetail
-Shorten the centre line height of the opti-lock rings and revise the spigot
Has 33.5 MOA of cant inbuilt, which with the scope I've chosen should leave .75 Mil in reserve still allowing me to achieve a shortish zero (excuse my mixing standards, this time of night). I intend to fit a central sight & tunnel to the Quad as well for some fullbore practise, which is the point of my building the mount the way I have to ensure a very repeatable return to zero when interchanged on and off.

Got the rest of it pretty much finished this evening, still a little deburring to do etc - but I'll just use it for now and when I accumulate enough little projects I'll clean them all up and look to have someone Ceracoate the lot.

Dressing back where the centre marks were from the setup

Cutting a lot of material off the Opti-lock rings (High I think).
Picked them up on ebay second hand - in very tidy condition
(...and I just cut the shit out of them)

OD turning the large locating spigot on the underside of the modified rings, using the boring head.

Here is the 97% completed Mount, with an M40a1 mount I happened to have stashed thrown in for comparison

Hope to put some rounds through it at some point tomorrow and get it sighted.

This is pretty much what I based mine on however no-one seems to offer anything along similar lines for the Quad.
Anyone know where I might find a similar QD lever to that in the picture? or any kind, hoping to be able to adapt one rather than machine something?
My preference has always been to keep the number of rails/"layers" to an absolute minimum i.e picatinny rails, bases, rings and such. Hoping it should be pretty rigid & repeatable (this remains to be seen -not that it'll be too challenged on a rimfire) but ideally the rings & and mount would be one piece - but with the little mill I've got I lack that kind of patience (Perhaps one day I'll score a larger CNC version of the Deckel.)
Interestingly found out the quad happens to share the same 11mm (nominal) dovetail with the Accuracy internationals.
