Anyone watched this DVD series? Looks to be top notch and well put together to be expected like most MagPul products.

I just watch the last disc last night. It is weel done. If you have seen there carbine series this one is just as good.

Its typical high quality product like Magpul always puts out. I like carbine better, but handgun is still good. Worth the $50 for sure

Outstanding DVD set.
It was shot at the US Training Center (AKA Blackwater) in Moyock, NC about 6 months ago.

I really like the way that they format the footage as if you were a member of the class as opposed to having an instructor talk right into a camera.
They cover quite alot of material and also touch on some good CCW.

I don't think you can go wrong considering the price either.
Pick it up, you won't be disapointed.

Just bought the carbine and handgun set, along with a few other magpul items, hopefully the dvds will be worth the price.

I have all the DVD sets and they are awesome. Very informative and the best feature is the drills section. I am glad they slow it down because they do move very quickly sometimes. They also give nice scenarios to give you a sense or urgency and caution.

WOW, have been waiting to get the Handgun series for quite a while and let me just say...HOLY PISS! I learned more in the first 45 minutes than i have in 5 years of shooting.
I sold my 9 about 2 years ago and now am just chomping at the bit to buy a new handgun. CANT WAIT to make a purchase and start practicing...have been saving for a new AR upper, but it's gonna have to wait. I need a HK USP or a Glock 34 QUICK!

Very nice looking. I think I will order one of each. Does anyone know what holsters the instructors are running? They look like molded, flat kydex.

Will anyone let me rent or borrow (if you're afraid of copyright issues) the pistol and carbine dvd's? I am thinking of buying the set but $100+ for the 2 is a bit harsh for a student's budget without knowing what I'm getting.

All the people that I've heard who have talked to Chris Costa have said he's a very intense and knowledgeable guy. Given the Magpul brand, it's no surprise that he's on-board there.
