Saw on You Tube how to make shoot & see targets by putting clear tape over your paper of choice and spraypainting it black. But I seem to recall from my elementary school days we used to do something else, either chalk or crayons on paper, then paint it black with waterbased paint and scratch through it to make pictures. Anybody got another way to make the shoot and see type targets on the cheap?

spray a black garbage bag with white spray paint.
Shoot it, and the white breaks off.
