Gunsmithing Manners t-4 studs??

Does anyone know if the studs they use are removable or are they a permanent install? I plan to go to an atlas bipod in the future and will be installing a rail but for now will need the stud for my current bipod. Just wondering if I can get an answer here so I dont have to call down.

They're typically screwed into inserts and are removable. You shouldn't have any issues taking them out....

+1..they unscrew from them aluminum plate he uses as backing.
