My department lost one of our K9s (Enzo) two weeks ago after his handler noticed some abdominal swelling which prompted a trip to the vet and emergency surgery. 'Zo died on the operating table after they discovered a ruptured tumor. The animals give there all, all the time, without regard for their lives for nothing more than their handlers love and praise (and a rubber toy! ). People could learn something from them. Something this society has lost. RIP amigos. You'll see your handlers at the Rainbow Bridge.
