Gunsmithing Mausingfield in KRG Stocks

Has anyone fit a Mausingfield SA into any of the KRG stocks. Specifically the Bravo. ... I am told there are all the same from a fitment standpoint. KRG responded to an email and said they were not aware of any issues, but had not personaly experienced that scenario.

Anything to share would be appreciated.

All three ARC actions are similar in stock/chassis fitment.

Have a M5 Mausingfield in a KRG W3. No issues with the action fitting. Depending on what trigger you might use, some inletting could be needed.

I have a MF in a W3 and one in a X-Ray. I also have a Archimedes in an X-Ray and don't have any issues.

The only trigger I have run into problems with is the Tubb trigger. There would need to be a fair amount of inletting for that to fit. All the other standard triggers work great from TT, Jewell, Timney, and all the rest of the standard R700 foot print.

Thank you, that is quite a compliment!

As stated, it's usually the triggers that have the issues and the Tubb is nice but is way off a Remington "footprint".

The one's we've done have all worked out very well. KRG makes a nice piece.

This one shown belongs to a HillBilly living under an apple tree somewhere in Washington. I'm pretty sure he's humped at least one of his cousins.
