McMillan Game Hunter + Kuiu Verde 2.0 = Sheep Rifle

Wanted to share a Cerakote job we recently did for Owens Armory (Chino, AZ) for a hunting rifle build they are working on. They sent us a McMillan Game Hunter for us to do the Kuiu Verde 2.0 pattern on.

The customer is a sheep hunting fanatic so we added a bighorn head to the pattern along with the Owens Armory logo.

I’ll update with final build pictures when they finish the build.

And this is the first stock we did in Verde 2.0 on. It’s another Owens Armory build in 6.5 SAUM, stock is also a McMillan Game Hunter. We did the magazine as well.

Owen does good work! He's done two chamber jobs for me and they both shoot great as well as I got them back in less than two weeks.

Thanks. I'm not sure I would want to complicate the pattern any more than it already is. We did have a customized sheep head logo for this one that we didn't actually end up using which is too bad.

Five colors with stencils in between (for a total of four). Each coat gets a flash cure after application then all of the stencils have to be removed before the final cure.
