Mod 70 Base and Rings suggestions

I have been pouring over the available choices and can not seem to get anywhere towards a decision. I have a Mod 70 30-06 that I just purchased a new Nikon Monarch 2.5-10x42 for. I want to upgrade my current rings and bases. I was leaning toward a single base, but would really like some good suggestions or information on what would be best for a good strong setup. Forgive my ignorance on bolt rifles.

Have you looked at DNZ mounts? http://dnzproducts.com/index.php?main_page=page&id=4 I've had 3 of their mounts and won't buy anything else if given a choice.

Nightforce and Badger make steel 1 piece 20MOA bases for M70 long actions.

If it is a hunting rig which it kind of sounds like due to the scope noted, go with the 2 pc. Talley bases and rings - the steel ones and you will be very impressed with the quality and fit.

You can also look at Seekins Precision and EGW as options for
Winchester scope bases.

For a hunting rifle, S&K bases and rings are hard to beat
