Gunsmithing Model 70 Tac Bolt Knob Install

Anyone know anybody that can install a midsize tac knob on my UGSW Model 70 in a timely manner?
Could I just send them the bolt or would they need the whole gun?
Most guys only do the 700 actions.
Any suggestions on who to contact?
