At a glance and honestly giving this more time and effort than it deserves, it would appear that the thread to which you are referring was deleted not by censors or moderators, but by the person who originally started it. That option exists in any thread any member starts outside of the PX sections. Hint.

There was an earlier one, apparently deleted by Frank, or another Mod. I posted one bitching about whoever complained. When it started going south I removed it out of respect for LL and to avoid more conflict.

Here's the gist of it here.

1. Snipershide is not a government. It's a private entity. Therefor it cannot infringe on your rights and protection under the Constitution. Those are protections from government overreach.

2. The owner and the moderators, in keeping with the owner's wishes, may and will remove or edit any materials found to be not in keeping with the best interests of the site and its members. Don't like it? Start at Godaddy.com and knock yourself out. That's how you have things exactly the way you want them. No one here will stand in your way.

3. Every moderator answers to one person - Lowlight.
I don't know what happened to the original thread in question. I hardly care. Someone removed it and it was likely done with the site's best interests in mind.
