Here in the USA I think there are many "Domestic Servants" working in Chinese restaurants. I think it is so well hidden by the chinks that no one knows or cares and probably most of them illegal as they can be.
There is a house over a block from me where the people that run a local Chinese joint all stay.
You can see them at the restaurant and see them return to the house but other than Mamasan, you never see them out of the house and the whole crew live in that one house. It has to be crowded.
