Where is the media with their cries of "disenfranchising the voters"?

Democrats in California are scared, because while they were in power they rigged the most crooked primary system possible with the hope that they would never again see a Republican able to be up for election in California, but it seems they are worried that in some places the strategy is now a. not working or b. being turned against them. So they are desperate to do anything to stop Republicans. I would not be surprised if they suddenly want to ditch the system & go back to the more normal way if they get locked out of too many races by Republicans.

Depending on if a Republican or Democrat was Governor.
