Brooklyn Voters Receive Absentee Ballot Envelopes With Wrong Voter Names And Addresses
At this point, the City's Board of Elections does not know how many voters may be affected or how it will remedy the problem.
gothamist.com Multiple voters in Brooklyn told Gothamist / WNYC that they have received a mislabeled “official absentee ballot envelope.” Normally, the voter inserts their completed ballot into the envelope and signs the outside. But in these cases, their ballot envelopes bear the wrong name and address. If a person signs their own name to this faulty ballot envelope, the ballot would be voided.
The girl in the top photo is using one of the oldest tricks in the book to make the fish look larger than what it really is. She's holding it up closer to the camera with her arm extended to give the illusion that it's a large fish. So what else is she doing to make other things appear larger than real life? Asking for a friend.

The question isn't whether your wife is that much of badass but would she even care if you were attacked by a shark? A lot of women would be thinking of ways to spend the life insurance.

On 12 April 1916, Naik Shahamad Khan of the 89th Punjabis was serving in Mesopotamia when he earned the Victoria Cross for his valour.
Khan was in charge of a machine gun in an exposed position, covering a gap in the British lines. He beat off three enemy attacks and worked the gun single-handed when most of his men became casualties. After his gun was knocked out, he and two men held off the enemy with their rifles.
When his section finally withdrew, Khan brought back a severely wounded man, then returned to remove the section’s arms and ammunition.
