I have been involved in high strength concrete for industrial applications. It’s actually an interesting science, and once I got into it I realized that there are as many formulations as there are steel alloys, and for good reason. The CO2 issue is merely pablum for the ignorant and those who want minor talking points to back up some predetermined position.
