Saw this in the local Wallyworld parking lot and ran the gamut of emotions from marveling in the time, effort,ingenuity of putting this Frankenmobile together to “what the holy hell!” And how was this able to be licensed/registered? I love TN, but as FJB would say “C’mon Man!”

One small miscalculation on the part of an aggressive cager can kill. I've been hit before and don't particularly want to get hit again so take steps to mitigate the potential. ...which a lot of y'all seem to assume malice, etc that I'm not doing.
May want to take a second to ask 'why?' 'Why is that cyclist riding like that?' rather than projecting on us things we're not doing.

The road was probably slick from one of them crying about being improperly passed.
Been there done that. Use to race crits every weekend until I went flying in the final sprint when the guy in front me went down. Luckily the course was wet and must have slid 30 feet on my side. Wife questioned whether I should continue racing while I was scrubbing grit out my road rash. Didn't race crits much after that.
I do not ride on the road, but scrubbing dirt out of open wounds after crashing when mtb'ing sucks. I can only guess it would be worse on the road.
