Keep in mind that every person in the military (draftee) would have their finger prints on file. Everyone convicted of a crime. Everyone working in any sort of sensitive (e.g. classified) defense work...
Pretty much ANYONE who was mobilized in the defense of our nation...

The whole thing is because of this.
I imagine that "fake nude" has to do with using photo software and taking the head off a celebrity and putting it on a porn stars body.

but really, farmers get killed every year from these. I live only couple miles from a WWII training grounds . still unexploded ordinance here too. The property i live on was an encampment. Found some odds and ends myself, luckily no boom though.
