I believe this is Rio Tinto's Bingham Canyon Mine in Utah. They have to be careful because with that land slide they still have all those explosives that got scattered throughout the bottom of the pit as it filled up. On the bright side though every day these guys go to work it's like a treasure hunt!
When I was working Fire/EMS I ran a few call with a female LEO. Tough, young Hispanic PO. Had a couple of calls involving MS 13 you know this shit can go sideways quick. I was impressed with her and how she showed them who was in charge and it was not them.
