There is a difference. He would sometimes do more than 50 posts in a row. These are by different people. You can also scroll at a normal pace and be a quick short scroll to something that isnt visual t&a. It's more likely somebody replying how they like a picture but it's not visual. Also alot of the posts are better curated as well.

I dunno man, it just looks fake to me. Doesn't look like any skinned leg I've ever seen and there's no blood.

Probably fatty tissue. I saw a guy stabbed in the chest (peck area over the nipple) he had a chunk just smaller than a tennis ball carved out. Virtually no blood and looked very similar to that leg.

He probably is not running full stride with his quad ripped open. Muscle tends to not function when torn.
