this is basicly a 50-30-20 ratio diet
I have a 190 pound 22 yr old running this diet rightnow with a DC training protocal and he is growing like a weed!! and staying pretty lean , has actualy lost some body fat from the looks of his back. He loves it and constantly rotaoes the meats to keep it intersting
