It took me awhile to get around to picking one up. Found a deal I couldn't pass up. I can't wait to get it dirty.

I received mine last week. Awesome knife and Steve was a great guy to deal with. I'm not familiar with Carter Cutlery but you can shave the hair off your arm with the Hide Fighter.

Steve, I don't have any way to objectively test them, but I wouldn't want to be cut by either. Murray's knife is amazing, but the Hide Fighter is razor sharp too.

The Micarta scales are pretty thick.
