My newest addition

I decided to go with a classic tested and approved platform and picked up an M1A/M14. I went with the Loaded model and mated it with the Vltor stock. My peepers gaze through a Vortex Viper 6-20x40. I had never used any Vortex products prior, and I must say, I'm impressed. It took a few rounds to get everything settled in the new stock but once it all came to rest, it's pretty damn accurate. I'm happy with the purchase.

Once I get back from Shenaniganistan later this year, I will be on a one-man deer assassinating mission!

Don't have any pics of the groups because I had to leave the range a bit earlier than I would've liked. The groups were pretty unimpressive right after I transplanted it into the new stock but they got much tighter as I continued to fire. I put about 40 rds through it and got the groups pretty close to 1 MOA. I may head back out this weekend for one last shoot before I deploy. If I do I'll definitely post some photos. Thanks
