Mystery cleaning rod with brass sleeves on it

I saw a sectional cleaning rod set with brass bore guide sleeves on it , keeps rod sections touching the barrel. This was not the Swiss Army rod now sold surplus, this was a brand new manufacture and I was told it was 416 brand. However, I can't find that site has such a rod to offer.

Anyone know who makes such a cleaning rod ?
