I have an AWC Thor muzzle break with 5/8 x 24 threads that I need to have re-threaded to M18 x 1.5 Right Hand. The break fits an AWC Thor Ti PSR suppressor. AWC does not have the program to do this thread. Anyone that you would recommend to do this job? Thanks.

I'm sure you'll get plenty of recommendations. There are some world-class smiths here on the forum. I use JD Thomas in Yakima, Wa (highspeedshootingsystems.com), Chad Dixon at Long Rifles Inc up in Sturgis I'm sure could knock it out for you. Both have impressive turn-around times.
