Need help with the Thumler Model b

Did my first batch of brass with the stainless media, looks awesome.

Problem #1 the cushion rollers that support the drum, one of them
keeps moving to the outside of the base and binds up the tumbler.

Problem #2 after installing the no slip tape to tumbler,after 1 batch
the roller is allready half the original dimension from wear.

Quetion on weight, is the 15lbs that these model b's are rated
not includeing weight of drum?

After putting media, aprox 200 cases 9mm and filling
water 1 1/2" from top all combined weight is 22lbs.

two points.

1) Call Thumblers on Monday and explain to them what you are doing. Ask them for the replacment drive shaft with the finger washers on both sides (they will understand).

2) Is the grip tape ALL the way around?

the weight has never really been a issue.

Would also ask if you have the "high speed" (3000 rpm 1/30 hp motor)?

Yes mine is the high speed.
