Gunsmithing Need Precision Gunsmith to thread AR barrel for suppressor mount

Have an Armalite M4 target upper with a free floating handguards. Need the barrel threaded for a step down adapter that the Surefire supressor mount/brake will screw onto. Although Surefire provides washers for indexing the adapter so the suppressor mount threads on with the upper row of discharge holes at 12:00, I'd prefer to have it done by a smith who knows how to mount the adapter so everythng aligns withouth having to use any spacer washers.

Rifle is broken down to the upper and ready to ship.
