need tikka advice

I need light form tikka masters.

I am on the market for a tikka t3 sporter or a used tikka m595 master sporter.

Are they equal action? Or one is better built?
What are the difference beside the stock and the groove on the m595 bolt?

I have nice deal for the t3 sporter(1385$) but limited quantities available...
The m595 master sporter is 1600$ but i am working on it to drop the price
