they made a decent size run of lowers a couple years ago, not to impressive but cheap (around 60$) I built on three and once you jack with them to get the pins in they are ok

Very nice...but I would never pay $2700 for a Ar15.

IMHO an AR15 has its purpose as a battle rifle. As long as it holds 1 moa(Most Ar's do, or less) I'm good. Also not a fan of piston systems.

It looks really nice though. I guess if someone wanted a "do it all" AR, this would probably be it.

While that particular rifle may not be for me, I like that Sharps is branching out. It will be interesting to see how well they perform. Definitely looks like they're going for top shelf right off the bat though, which can have questionable success.
