In an earlier post I mentioned I have a Sako L-579 Medium Action round top receiver in the white. I'm thinking of making a pistol with this receiver. I'm thinking of 6.5x47 or .358 Mag. I've eliminated .22-250, 6.5x284 and 7mm-08 since I have these calibers in other rifles and TC Contender. Any other calibers worth looking at? I will be shooting max distance of 400-450 yards.
