I heard many years ago about concrete ... Wetness ? You fill up an upside down witches cone, and then quickly place it on the ground, and remove the cone. If its too runny, then it runs all over the place, if its too dry it "folds", and just right will flow down like soft serve ice cream ? Teach me, oh wise one !
