Not exactly a tacticool rig but here is a new .223AI rig I had put together for PD hunting, target and occassional coyote hunting:

Specs:
- Borden Alpine receiver
- Rem. Varmint contour Rock barrel 5R 1/8 twist @ 22"
- McMillan Rem Varmint stock
- Shilen trigger
- Williams BDL bottom metal
- Nightforce NXS 3.5-15x50 w/ NP-R1
- Seekins 20MOA base
- Nightforce Ultralight rings

I had this chamber setup to shoot mostly 75 gr AMAX as they seem to add distance for such a small caliber. AI is a new foray for me. Therefore, I loaded up some rounds yesterday to fireform. What do you guys use for your fireform load for a 55gr VMAX? I'm trying 25.5gr of Benchmark but fear it may not completely blow the shoulder forward.

You want to use a upper end charge to form cases. It takes a certain ammount of pressure to move that brass around and near max to max loads, or factory ammo, is what you want when forming cases.
