New to the board

Been lurking for awhile. Avid hunter, just ended a great season and picked up a savage .308 for a real cheap deal. Always wanted a gun with a little more reach or something to burn money a little quicker. I added a new stock to it, barrel is going to mcgowen. scope that was on it was a pentax gameseeker. Having trouble with one of the dials so it went back to pentax to get fixed. Looks like a Millet LRS is the next scope. gonna add a FTE break on the bull barrel. Im kinda thinking that I should have just bought a XLR chassis.. gives me more reason to build more I guess. East coast shooter so longest range locally is 500yds. start there I guess. Looking forward to getting out and shooting more.
