New "updated" flashlight beam test

Not going to get into the politics of where they are made like last time. Here is a Very nice Russian website that tested all the <span style="text-decoration: underline">current</span> flashlights. Beamshots are posted and they did a heck of a job letting us know how the light will look at night.

Funny the missed so many excellent lights if their intent was to test "all" the lights. I don't see any of the older or new JETbeam models at all... I have their new RRT-3 and it's the finest light I've ever owned. (so far)

I find that the best testing of lights is on the Candle Power Forum. Lots of knowledge there...

I noticed that they missed JB's and you are correct the new JB's are awesome. I like the power of the RRT3 but not the size. I went with the dminivx D mini VX ultra sst50 at 600 lumens in my shirt pocket. Maybe the JB's were not available in the USSR??

It's all a matter of perspective. I carried a Sreamlight SL-20 or 4 D cell Maglight for years so the size of the RRT3 seems small to me <grin>.

I carry a Streamlight Stinger DS LED HP at work...I don't know what technology it uses but it damn near harnesses the power of the Sun...and cranks it out at range. I can light up alleys from a city block away. How does this light compare to the ones mentioned in the test?
