I just ordered a Mega Machine MATEN monolithic upper and lower and a Krieger Heavy barrel 22" long. I am unsure of what trigger to opt for. I will use it primarily for bench shooting and some hog hunting duties. No competitions here. I like the Crisp trigger of my jewel in my Rem 700. Is the enhanced version of the Geiselle SSA something i should be looking at or is ther another option?

YES! a real question, yes its hard to beat a geisselle trigger the high speed is tunable and awesome. the wilson TTU is a good trigger with a nice single stage break they also make a 2 stage that is supposed to be good, AR gold makes a nice AR trigger as well as timney... really can't go wrong with any of them BUT geisselle is my first choice.

Cant argue Geissele is a hell of a trigger, but Im a bolt gun guy myself and prefer the crisp single stage break of a Timney on ARs myself... they just came out with an AR10 specific one as well..

For a single stage, I recommend JP. The X-Treme shooting trigger is also a very good two stage, and apparently has a faster lock time than even the Geissele Hi-Speed (can't verify since I have never had a Hi-Speed, only SSAs).
