Nord Arms NA-223 Trigger issues

I bought this trigger from Nord Arms last year and haven't shot it much until recently. It has been firing multiple rounds and sometimes firing a round on pull and release, like a binary trigger. I have adjusted the tits out of this thing and cannot get it to stop malfunctioning. Sadly, the company is not replying to any of my emails.

Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Sounds like the disconnector isn't working.

If that trigger is a single stage, it should function pretty much the same as a standard LPK trigger. If you do some looking you should be able to find AR15 disconnector function check instructions to diagnose it.

If it isn't the disconnector, start looking at everything else.
