Oldie, I know. But what a movie!
I've seen it (the integral/uncut version) yesterday for the Nth time, and the movie never ceases to amaze me.
Sergio Leone at his best.

Love the pacing. I know it is hard to see the similarity but there is a lot of the same pacing in Eastwood's "Unforgiven". And yes you're right, great movie.

Does the uncut version have the ending where James Woods goes into the trash truck with the PTO driven screw-grinder at the end?

Nope. No version I'm aware of, does show it. I think it was Sergio Leone's intention to leave the interpretation open to the watcher.
