Opinion on an 800m-1k 308 barrel

I'm currently downrange and planning on rebuilding my LWRC REPR once I get back. I have everything in place besides deciding on a barrel. This upper will only be shooting .308 Win. Black Hills 175gr. Match BT HP. As stated I'm intending to shoot out to the 800m 1k range. I was feeling a 24 or 26in SS Krieger bull barrel 1-11.25 twist and R5 rifling. the barrel will be ordered as a rough turned blank and finished by my gunsmith. Thoughts and recommendations?

I have the noveske 21 inch barrel (pac nor) and it shoots the 175 in sub 1.2 MOA, making hits at 950 yds is easy too. the beauty of it is, it is a drop in barrel.
