Opinions wanted for the most effective .338 brake?

I'm building a .338LM this year and am looking for opinions on the most effective brake. I will not be using the brake as an adapter for a suppressor.

I've had some shoulder rebuild's the last 2 years and it's still sensitve to recoil.

No flies on Surefire brakes............. As good a shop as you have get Troy Newlons book on muzzle brake design and surprise us..............

This is what's on my .338 LM. With 250 SMK @ 3000 not a lot different than my .308. The first time I shot this rifle I really had a hold of it and was prepared to get a stiff jolt. After the first shot I just settled in and shot like my .308.
