LRG,
I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me:

1- was the rifle confiscated? yes

2- if so, will the owner get it back or what will HE have to do to get it back? yes, wait for disposition of case and pass a backround check same as if he was buying the firearm.

3- Were the other firearms on premise confiscated or recorded in the history file for the case? no

Thank You Again,
DS
