Suppressors paper work screw-up

After several weeks waiting on 2 form 4's, I decided to look over my paperwork, I guess just to waste time. I called a few weeks ago and both are pending by Dana Pickles. Well after looking over my paperwork I SEE AN ERROR. The name is wrong !!! Instead of "Revocable Living Trust" it reads "REVOKABLE". What should I do ? I know it will get returned for corrections, but should I wait or is it best to call the ATF examiner to correct it as soon as possible or what till it comes around ? The anxious one in me wants to call and have it corrected in a effort maybe it will be brought up on examiners desk and pushed through faster, since its already been brought up. Wishful thinking I know. The other side wants me to wait till my time comes for not seeing it to begin with.

What would you do ?

Or i'm hoping he has WhiteOut and corrects it for me and sends it back NextDay Air.

If they have an issue with it (assuming they even catch it) it will go into "Problem Status" and they'll send it back for error correction.

You fix it, send it back, and it gets picked up in another month or so...

If they contact you about an error, they have the paperwork pretty much approved. I get customers paperwork back all the time due to some error, usually on their trust or LLC paperwork. Fax the correction back to the examiner and the approval get's sent out that day. Dana Pickles use to be my examiner before the move earlier on this month and he would have the approved Form 4 back to me within a week of the error being fixed. Sometimes if there is a spelling error, he will correct those and approve of the form.

Nobody likes paperwork sitting around on their desk, and surely they don't like to have it sitting around when they have endless forms to approve when all it is, is just some small error.

Cris that is the info I was hoping for. I have heard Dana Pickles is a good person to deal with. I'm more than certain this is the only error, as I have already had another suppressor approved by William Shipman. We supposedly copied all the info from the first Form 4 and sent it off but I guess not.

Its been pending since June 3rd so hopefully its just around the corner.
