peltor comtac radio compatibility

im in the market for a pair of comtacs but cant get a definitive answer on radio compatibility.

i have a yaesu vx7r radio that i want to use with this head set. anyone know if ptt cables, etc are made so i can just plug and play? the person who responded to my customer service email from peltor couldnt really answer the question and a guy on another board told me how to fabricate a cable to get sound in the muffs, but no mic ability.

anyone have any knowledge on this?
if i cant get my radio hooked to these, probably wont get the comtac model.

See if SRS tactical can make you the adapter. They made them up for me to fit Sordins to Icom 2 pin. Rusty did it quick and they will make it right if there happens to be an issue. Good people right there.
