Will the Surgeon pineapple bolt handle fit on a Bighorn action?

From what I read, the Bighorn has a 1 piece handle, that is not threaded on.

You can buy that pineapple knob I actually have it on a stiller action. I had to cut the knob down a bit to get it to fit but they do sell them separately.
