I am looking to mount an RMR on a Gen 4 G19. I will have suppressor Irons on it.

This will be my primary carry piece, the party trick suppressor host and secondary nightstand gun (primary is an SBR) with some use in matches. I do not want a fancy looking slide, weight cuts/windows need to be small if present at all. Serrations should look factory. I don't love the Glock MOS option, since its more parts to fail, but it does seem like the easy button. Let me know.

I like the idea of buying a pre-milled slide, but its not factory glock so I am a bit apprehensive, I don't want to do a bunch of hand fitting, and to turn my carry gun into a basket case. I am looking for it to be plug and shoot. Who would you recommend If I went this route?

Or should I just get it my existing glock slide milled by a professional?

Thank you

MM

I had my oem 17 slide done by zeroed in armory they claim a 7 day turnaround once received. My slide was cut and had serrations added and rmr cut and re-cerakoted, I got it back in about 9 days I believe and I’m happy with it.

Damn that sucks lol, they did a good job on mine and I was wanting to have my 43x done oh well lol.

I have a EWG rear sight mount in my 20. Been happy so far.

Send your slide to ATEi, they are the gold standard. They are one of few who will DLC coat everything when finished.

I just went through the same thing. Its cheaper to get a whole new slide. I went with RTB G19 RMR cut slide. Took 2 minutes to swap out upper parts. Mounted RMR on it, and added some Vickers parts. Now I need to figure out how to add one to Big Daddy.

Try CHPWS in Georgia. Buck does nice work and will have any attachment plate you'll need.

Check out Jagerwerks in Michigan. I shipped my P10c slide on Thursday and received it fully milled (no cerakote by choice) the following Thursday. They offer options to only do an optic cut (with rear iron either in front of or behind the optic) as well as a handful of different levels of full slide milling.
