Maybe… I hope not though.

I just spent the last 1/2 hour or so looking for any news on this, but can’t find anything. I’ll swing by the VA on Friday to ask of they’ve heard anything…may be my former AD rank, but shockingly they’ve been extremely forthcoming and open with me when I have questions about policy and procedures.

Not really germaine to this argument but they’ve also been very helpful for my medical crap too. I heard all the horror stories too but gotta say, I’ve been treated better by the VA than when I was just another ORF on Tricare.

Will see what I can find out… As a retiree, would appreciate any info anyone else can find too.

ETA: Short history on Sam Altman - he runs afoul of the board of Open AI, gets pushed out and heads for Microsoft's AI. 700 of the 770 Open AI employees threaten to quit if Altman isn't brought back. The CEO Anna Makanju is credited with making Altman the face of AI to Washington DC, and was the one who delivered the news to the board of the revolt.

Odd, can't find a picture of the 'German National' that did the shooting. Turn out there were two 'German Nationals' in the car. One died, the other is in the hospital.
