I have been asking those questions since Biden was inaugurated... When I was in high school we were taught there was a built in system of "Check's and Balance's" within the structure of the US Government. Seems that has disappeared.

If you look with the eyes of the crafters of the plan. I think the left made a miscalculation with Harris. They had no idea she would be even less popular than the potato. He was her Trojan horse. Now they are in a bad spot. His cognitive decline is probably worse than they suspected, but they can’t remove him because she’s even worse for them. They are surely trying to figure out a way to get a different race horse in there, but they are stuck for the time being. I think the whole Feinstein cognitive issues discussion is a test run to see how the public would respond to a move like pulling someone out of office.
