Maybe I'm a little dense about this but their message is mixed to me. They are saying their nipples are no big deal and don't need to be covered. OK, sure. But then say no touching without consent? I thought they were no big deal. Which is it?

Drove daily past a local hospital parking lot was empty……had to go into them to interview crash operators, place looked empty except for druggies and way elderly.

Ask if they are busy they were like “We are out straight it’s crazy!”
