Again, to determine if potential donor would be eligible to donate for whole blood, versus plasma, or maybe use for one group of individuals vs. another...

I can't imagine them saying no to 75% of the potential donors unless they were trying to use it to create an intentional blood supply shortage in case of major crises - you know like how they were looking for donors after a terror attack that killed a couple thousand and they put word out that donors are needed. Can't imagine any crises in the near future though, you know with things being so swell.

They don't need voters. They already have the voters to keep control. They are increasing the population to gain more seats in the house of representatives. Remember when they pushed to get illegals counted in the census? People didn't think that there was a hidden agenda. But there was. Guess who went along with it? If you guessed the republicants.
