There is a herd of buffalo in a pasture up the road. There aren't any huge bulls that are as tall as a 6' man at the shoulder but are more cow size
A buddy said they are a miniture buffalo used for movies, bred smaller to make managing, hauling easier.

I call retarded bullshit on that. Ever heard of mini-movie buffalo?
Best buffalo movie ever made:

Are you seeing allergy issues going crazy this year? Everyone up here is having problems.

I had to reorder Cytopoint 2 times this last month (allergy reaction suppressant basically). Bear in mind that our county population is 11K...that's it. We do have clients that come from every neighboring county though. I like Cytopoint better than Apoquel as it is a one-time shot, and if the relief lasts longer than about 40 days it is also cheaper. Typically relief lasts 30-90 days.

200 a pop at my vet, every 6 weeks

stepped down? and then went home safely to their families...
Said it before say it again, violent people cannot be offered skid bids. They need to be separated from society and remain separated. No such thing as rehabilitation for these people they have no self-control and zero reasoning skills.
Instead of seeing parole boards they need to be screened by experts in psychology to determine how long they need placement in civil confinement after the D.A. and Court system fail society again.

cheaper to hang em and recycle the rope. Use the $$ you save to lets kids have a safe playground or a real education.
1million dollars plus to keep em confined, 1 or 2 grand to hang em, take all the $$ you save and give the taxpayers a break.
But... then you have to find jobs for all the jailers that will go out of business; since running jails is big $$ and a taxpayer drain.

For what ever reason - the government has decided that the life of a criminal is worth $millions to preserve with no death penalty, while the life of a victim is basically worthless. That's bass ackwards.

Thought for the day:

It took King Poopy Pants 378 days before he visited East Palestine, Ohio because he had too many goodwill trips to the Ukraine and sucked off the middle eastern monarchs for oil production.

Let's see if he takes as long to visit the Key bridge because he's too busy campaigning from the basement.

update - IMO guy shot back at people who shot at him. He called it in, and the local DA/cartel is mad at him.

Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly's murder charge downgraded to second-degree in shooting of Mexican migrant

Moral of the story - if you are left standing DO NOT call the cops

I am no fan of Apoquel. Our pup has had issues his entire life, around the pads of his feet red, eyes watering scratching holes in himself. He was on apoquel for a while and his bones started to just....go away. Vet wanted to take his front left leg. Wife was really upset about it so she started looking. Turns out in some cases apoquel will cause bone mass to start to go away. Took him off of it and in two months his Xrays are much better. The stuck him with a needle and took a bone sample and sure enough it was growing back. Vet had never seen it before, and she is a good vet IMHO.

I am not sure what he is on now, I would have to look. He has a cream for his "arm pits" and other raw spots.

I know in the shelter it is a pretty big issue. Plan on doing more there once I retire in roughly 10 months.

I started giving the dog fish oil. 1200 mgs a day. It's helped and almost eliminated the allergies.

How can you get to capital punishment “recycle the rope”, when you can’t even keep these people incarcerated? As for the concerns on costs and expenses, take a look around you, they are treating third world invaders better than Americans, how much money is going to Ujewkrain every month? A swift capital punishment from crime-capture-courts-execution, let’s say 100 days or less, all for it because then we have a deterrence that criminals will consider before acting out.

My dog was recommend Apoquel by the $$$ doggy derm. His regular vet was fine with using Chlortrimeton 4mg - three times a day (she was about 100lbs at the time). I swear that is one of the Cheapest meds I have ever bought for either of us.

64.5 lbs, that's the final bill. (using a tech, not the VET).
I'd inject her myself if I could buy it.

I'm not going to blow up this thread any further with my garbage, but in rural SE OK, I'd charge you $95 and do it myself. That basically adds 40% to MY cost, and I wouldn't charge you time since I'd have you in and out in 5 minutes (assuming you were an established client). Shop around if you can.
****
End of vet posts, sorry gents.

The rag-headed pieces of camel shit thrive on the media spotlight.

Someone refresh my memory. Wasn't there a story about a major media outlet getting some advance notification of the October 7th attack?

IIRC, there were some embedded journalists terrorist supporters with the goatfuckers. Let me know if I am wrong on that.
